At Ali Zahra, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange only if:

  • You receive a damaged or defective item.

  • You receive the wrong product or incorrect size compared to your order.

  • The item has a manufacturing defect.

To be eligible, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused, unwashed, and unworn.

  • Have all original tags attached.

  • Be returned in their original packaging.

  • Be free from stains, perfumes, or any signs of use.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Products purchased during sales or promotional campaigns.

  • Customized or made-to-order products.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or washing by the customer.

  • Products returned after the 7-day return period.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only approved if:

  • The ordered product is unavailable after payment.

  • A return is approved following inspection of a defective or incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days using the original payment method where applicable.

Exchange Policy

We gladly exchange products that are:

  • Damaged during delivery.

  • Defective due to manufacturing faults.

  • Incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the same item is unavailable, a suitable replacement or store credit may be offered.

Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is requested for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for the shipping charges.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return procedure if eligible.
